A few days after of the end of almond harvest we can take stock. The production continues to increase and the experience in processing has achieved improvements in the peeling process. The start-up of the drying equipment runs normally. We are satisfied with the quality of the seed, which according to the latest indicators has stabilized its price in the market.
For the beginning of the pistachio harvest there are a few weeks lef.. It is programmed for the the second week of October. The sampling carried out by our technician confirms that the fruit has great caliber and total production will be more substantial than in 2018.
