At El Bisabuelo Eladio, we are delighted to welcome Thomas Lhuissiere, an agri-food process engineering student from the Institut Agro Rennes-Angers, during these summer weeks. The aim of his stay at our facilities is to broaden his practical knowledge of the cultivation and processing of nuts, especially pistachios and almonds, two key crops in our business.
