In the farm there is a processing plant where the pistachios are received at most 2h after they are collected, avoiding the proliferation of fungi that pistachio suffers after a few hours after its harvest.
The cleaning process separates the fruits from the leaves.
Peeling & drying
Peeling and drying is done ensuringthe preservation of all the organoleptic properties and the quality of pistachios.
Subsequently, grades are classified, and open pistachios are separated from closed ones in our own classification plant.
