The cycle
The plantation is controlled by our agronomic engineers, who monitor the plant from pruning to harvesting, striving for a quality almond harvest in size and qualities.
Harvesting
At the optimum moment of ripening, when the fruit has the right weight and humidity. For harvesting the technique of the umbrella with canvas is used, avoiding any damage to the almond, which never touches the ground.
Processing
The proximity of the storage and drying plant with a 1 million kg capacity favours the natural conservation of the nutritional and flavour properties of El Bisabuelo Eladio almonds.
