Jesús Caballero, managing all technical aspects related to “El Bisabuelo Eladio” recently visited the Loma Pajarera farm , where he could witness that the new plantation had been carried out correctly. He reported on how the ongoing agricultural plan focused on fostering sustainability, which began in 2021, continues to meet the growing market demands and committed to preserving the local ecosystem. Organic farming consists of using biological methods for the cultivation and protection of pistachio trees, which guarantee the purity and quality of the harvest, moreover the preservation of the entire ecosystem.
Nowadays our awareness for the environment and health concerns are on the rise. Therefore, the Loma Pajarera has increased its extension with 3.800 organic pistachio trees, becoming one of the largest pistachio farms in Spain with an overall surface of 201 hectares, out of which 64 are devoted to new organic plantations, which strengthens our commitment to preserving both the quality of our crops and our environment.
