Last Monday, 4 October, our technician Rubén Cruz, sent us a picture of a new cleaning yard, ready to start pistachio harvest in Loma Parajera. The yard, released in the last harvest campaign, has facilitated waste management (leaves, sticks, pebbles), reducing the time and ensuring the quality of the pistachio cleaning process. A very favorable point of the internal quality assurance self-control system (HACCP), to be fulfilled and required by the health authorities.
Forecast for 2021 harvest, is marked by a slight decrease in production caused by hail, but with large size of 18/20 of 90% of the production. From El Bisabuelo Eladio we harvest with the hope of offering the best almonds and pistachios, with the highest quality and food safety.
