Last October when harvest finished, our technician, Rubén Cruz, told us that we realise all the good expectations regarding fruit quality and grain quantity. Pistachios have been exceptionally large and round. The harvest has sold quickly and with the right quality-price ratio. In a few days the refrigeration plant, with 4 cold rooms, which maintains all the properties of our pistachios, will be empty.
Now we just have to wait for blooming in the next months, the productive cycle of our pistachios trees start again and our team will be ready to boost it.
